Can I track my package?Yes! All US shipping includes tracking numbers. Once an item has been shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you. You will also be able to receive a text updating you on your delivery time.
How quickly do you process orders?I will send you a note that I’ve received your order within 24 hours of purchase. Your purchase will be shipped within within 48 hours after payment confirmation. All items ship from South Carolina, USA.
How do you package your orders?I personally pack all original art carefully in bubble-wrapped and/or recycled paper and boxes in an effort to stay as environmentally friendly as possible.
Do you donate any of your profits?Yes! I do! But not just profit, 10% of all sales are donated to MD Anderson for cancer research. You can read more about this at my website http://www.jessicadvergsten.com.
Oops! I dropped my art and it's damaged! Can you fix it?Well, of course! Just email me or call the number provided with your shipment and we can work out a way for me to fix your little darling!
